Weekly Strength Program
The initial consultation and program setup are priced at $100. Upon enrolling, you'll receive a complimentary choice of clothing (shirt, jumper, shorts) and a supplement (whey, vegan protein, pre-workout, BCAAs, creatine).
The program will be tailored to your strength goals, focusing on proven strategies to enhance your muscular power. I offer daily support through messaging, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance. Additionally, you can submit exercise videos for feedback, and each exercise includes a tutorial for proper execution.
$40 per week for 16 weeks
$30 per week for 6 months
$20 per week for 12 months
It's important to note that achieving significant strength gains requires dedicated effort over time. I'm looking for individuals who are genuinely committed to reaching their goals, and the program's minimum duration of 16 weeks is designed to ensure effective and sustainable results.
